Participating in church is one of the best ways to encourage spiritual growth. We think it’s a big deal when someone is ready to connect to community here at Highland. EQUIP is a 4-step process designed to help you know your value here and equip you with the tools you need to fulfill your God-given purpose and inspire spiritual growth. EQUIP classes and studies meet on campus each Wednesday at 6:15 p.m.
The books of Colossians and Philemon complement each other as two New Testament texts that gloriously display the gospel and its implications for how God’s people should live today.
This study will equip us to see how both letters resonate with the apostle Paul’s overriding passion: magnifying Jesus Christ as the supreme manifestation of God’s redemptive purposes.

Most Christians feel that they should share their faith with others but feel too busy to take on an added responsibility. This resource lays to rest the myth that evangelism is an "add on" activity by showing that sharing the faith is something that happens in the context of daily life. Small group members will enter the context of a coffee shop where Chris Conrad shares insights on missional living in six casual teaching sessions. As he addresses the viewers, others in the coffee shop demonstrate the way everyday situations can become the setting for spiritual conversations.
